Subsidios de visita IEA Latin America
IEA maintains a modest fund to encourage and support faculty and staff members from our affiliated colleges and universities to visit IEA sites in Argentina and/or Uruguay. The goal of this grant fund is to directly cover some expenses associated with conducting a site visit (i.e. housing, meals, local transportation) up to $250 USD. A typical site visit is usually limited to one or two days and generally includes activities such as touring IEA facilities, meeting with on-site faculty and staff, observing classes, participating in IEA-facilitated cultural events, visiting student housing, meeting with students, etc. Grant recipients are asked to provide feedback by completing a site visit report, using a template provided prior to the site visit. The IEA staff carefully review these reports as part of our mission to continually assess and improve programming. More details available at, www.iealatinamerica.org.
